The Toronto Tool Library

The Library is one of the oldest and well known form of sharing. Now people are creating other kind of libraries and expanding the sharing economy. Check out the Toronto Tool Library and their experience with the Sharing Economy.

In our second episode, we look at how the Sharing Economy is changing the way we consume and interact with products, spurring collaboration, and making the tools and resources we need more accessible. CSI member the Toronto Tool Library, an initiative of the Institute for a Resource-Based Economy, offers a low-cost, resource-sharing, and space-saving alternative to purchasing and owning tools.
